Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients

1 Sharwood's Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts (1 1/2cm Cubed)
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
4 pizza bases (shop bought or homemade)
Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°c fan/ 400F / Gas Mark 6.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a large frying pan then fry the chicken for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Add Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through thoroughly.

Step 4

Place the pizza bases on to a greased baking tray.

Step 5

Spoon the chicken tikka mixture evenly over the bases.

Step 6

Sprinkle with cheese and place in the oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until piping hot and the cheese bubbles.

Step 7

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with mixed salad.
