Mango Chutney Relish Burger

Ingredients

1/2 a cup of Sharwood's Major Grey Mango Chutney
1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced.
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
4 beef burgers
4 brioche buns
4 slices of beef steak tomato
1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro.

Instructions

Step 1

For your relish, slice the onions thinly.

Step 2

In a hot, non stick pan, drizzle the oil and gently fry the onions until they are soft and have turned a light brown colour.

Step 3

Stir in the Mango Chutney. Continue to cook for one minute.

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat a large fry pan until hot. Dry fry the burgers for two minutes on each side for a medium cook.

Step 5

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place the sliced tomato and cilantro, and top with your burger and relish to serve.
